April 30 2025: Viktig information ifrån Victor:
Hi all, I have negotiated an increase of the treatments with the pest control company. They will do monthly treatments against cockroaches -instead of quaterly that they are doing now- plus smoke bombs every 6 months (2 per year). Also they will do rat & mouse treatments. They will send me monthly reports with pictures to follow the efectivity of the treatments. The price will increase from 726€ to 1110€ per year. In september we will evaluate the service for future actions. Please pass this information to the owners. Regards, Victor
